Attendees should plan their travel well in advance. Information on visas and entry requirements to Algeria can be found on the website of your nearest Algerian Embassy or Consulate.
Visa Invitation Letter
Please note that visa invitation letters will ONLY be issued to participants who have registered and paid their registration fees.
If you need a letter of invitation from the organizers of the MISC 2024 symposium for filing a visa request, please send an email to misc-lab@univ-constantine2.dz, including the following information:
- Full Name
- Affiliation (University/Institution/Company)
- Paper ID
The visa invitation letter will be scanned and emailed to you. It is the prerogative of the Algerian authorities to grant or deny a travel visa; MISC 2024 symposium has no responsibility for or control over such travel requests.
Symposium Accommodation
All authors and participants are strongly recommended to stay in:
Hotel Elaroui Eldahbia (Conventionné, recommandé)
Hotel ELaroui Eldahabi, ideally located in the center of Tamanrasset. Hotel Caravanserail (en cours pour être conventionné)
A traditional hotel that combines traditions with modern facilities and offers excellent conditions to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Tamanrasset. The whitewashed walls, natural stones and typical mozabite architecture characterize the hotel. More than 52 rooms and can accommodate up to 120 people. A lush garden of the hotel offers both comfort and well-being. Caravanserail offers several different trips, making it a good starting point for exploring the area.
